Yes my daughter had very yellow teeth, she is only 9 and was real sensitive about it, she has used it and it worked. Her teeth are fine, they just were yellow and the Plus White worked...good luck!

this may sound funny but you NOT supposed to brush your teeth before applying any kind of whitening gel
worked great!
it does work faster, however be sure to brush & rinse good afterwards if not your teeth hurt
