u should avoid white if u like to eat foods that stain (like mustard). and it doesnt really hurt when they put them on, but afterwards u will feel pressure and thats gonna hurt so u should take some medicine for that. and ur gonna feel they will fall off when u eat but they wont, u just gotta get used to them =) good luck!
haha yepp it does hurt a lot i would recommend taking advil or some painkillers. as for colors i have silver nd it blends in with the braces well. i think light pink would look good too. dont get bright colors or anything to dark. oh nd clear and white would get stained. but you can still have some fun with it =]

I've had braces now for 8 months and well when you get them tightened they hurt a little bit .. but when you get them on give Them about 3 weeks for your teeth to get used to them!! ask your orthodontist for one whole color or choose lime green and pick .. Popular est colors used by orthodontists
Braces hurt when you get them on and when you get them tightened, but not much in between. I would not suggest to get yellow, orange, or brown because it looks like your teeth are disgusting. Purple and blue look great!
it only hurts at first after a cupple days/week you get used 2 it u should get a color that would look good NO LIGHT COLORS THEY WILL TURN YELLOW LIKE BUTTER dont worry its not as bad as everyone says just say 2 urself when it hurts ,im gunna have a perefect smile and deal with it before u know it they will be off
