Is it possible to get the post braces white marks off ur teeth in a hurry?

Sorry, but those marks are there to stay.
The white spots are called decalcification, and occur when parts of your teeth are weakened by plaque. It's a chemical change in that part of your tooth, and it's virtually irreversible.
Some people opt for micro-abrasion, which can remove minor decalcification, but if they are pretty significant marks it won't work well. Also, micro-abrasion comprimises the tooth's structure even further than the decalcification already has, so you need to be very diligent with oral hygeine afterwards. I'd keep the spots, choosing function over appearance.
Lastly, you could get some bonding or veneers. Bonding is basically a thin, flat filling to cover them up. Veneers are thin little porcelain strips that replace the visible surface of the tooth.
All these methods have a bit of a price tag, so if it's that important, go ahead. I'd just as soon leave them alone though.
One option for those "white spots" are whitening. SOMETIMES whitening can less the appearance of those "white spots". Before optioning for veneers or bonding, try whitening first. If you are still not satisfied with your appearance, then review your options for bonding or veneers.
