I'm so tired of grinding my teeth constantly day and night. Any solutions?

Grinding teeth usually associate with stressful life style(are we all!) I would recommend first try behavioral modification: Take it easy with life, don't take work home, relax, do things that are not stressful couple hours before you sleep, take a long bath, better yet take a vacation. If you want a quick fix, try over the counter night guard which probably wouldn't last long, or visit a dentist have them make you a night guard.
Suggest you see your dentist and have a mouth guard made - it may not solve the problem, but it will save your teeth. A friend of mine had one, and after a month of wearing it she no longer had the problem.
Use a mouth guard...You can have your dentist custom fit one for you, or you can go the quicker, less expensive route, and purchase a sports mouth guard.(these can be bought at drug stores, sporting goods stores or their section in places like wal mart, etc), Drop the guard into boiling water for about 10 seconds, put it in your mouth and it will form to fit.you. Wear this while you sleep and you will not grind your teeth. Get a clear one for daytime use, however, the custom fit works better for this, as it is more "comfy" and less bulky. good Luck!
