Do whitestrips really damage the enamel permanently or does it repair itself?

Question:

Answers:
The whitestrips are fine for your tooth enamel. The active ingredient is had a long history of safe use in the dental whitening arena. Some people have white spotting after they take the strips off, but it is temporary due to the tooth being slightly dehydrated. Once the saliva coats the teeth for a while they disappear. Hope that helps!

They don't if you use it as directed. But the result with over the counter product may be a disappointment.
