It's call TMJ, from stress. Just relax and it might go away by itself within a day. I have it my freshman year in college a few times. When my sister have it more often, similar to on and off again during her 20's, an idiot dentist needed to give her surgery. Luckily she get a 2nd opinion, and another dentist told her some exercises to do. And she be pretty mad the first dentist be going to put her through the ordeal of a surgery so he could make seriously of money from it. Just warning you .
