No, I don't believe there is. A chipped tooth takes like 5-10 minutes to fix with composite bonding. I'd suggest setting up an appt with your dentist just for that. It's really simple to fix and the results are always great.
The problem is, I don't think you are going to find a material that will stick to the tooth or that is going to look natural anywhere besides going to the dentist.
