Nasty smell in the mouth?

i get a very nasty smell from ma mouth when i have a nap and even worse when i keep ma mouth closed for about 15 minutes too i get this. scared to date caz of this. help e to get rid of this ppl. plz.

For everyone who reads this... please don't type like that and expect people to try to understand you.

Try going to your local drug store and purchase a tongue scraper. They are only about 2 dollars and its a little plastic tool that scrapes all bacteria off of your tongue. You will know there isnt anymore bacteria on your tongue when you dont see anymore whiteness on your tongue. 99% of bad breathe happens because of bacteria in your mouth or dehydration. So drink plenty of water and use the tongue scraper. Also make sure you floss your teeth because bacteria grows there as well. Try and stay away from milk because that can give you bad breathe as well. Good luck!
