After you mouthwash is it good to get the excess of with a rinse of water?

Question:

Answers:
Just spit it out a few times, your own saliva should do the trick. In some cases (like a fluoride rinses) you shouldn't rinse out for 1/2 hour after due to wanting your teeth to absorb the residual fluoride. With other rinses the residual rinse left in the mouth could help reduce the overall bacterial count...

If it has flouride, don't use the water until 30 minutes after.
Rinsing is fine as long as it's not fluoride rinse. Other rinses do not have a MIC(microbial inhibitory concentration) in residual amounts.
