Overall I would say that most of my patient's have had some measure of success with the Crest Whitestrips, some more than others.The results are usually pretty quick, noticeable in the first few days, best in a week or longer. It is best if you can do yourself the favor of using them right after you get your teeth cleaned as any staining and buildup (tartar or plaque) will impede their ability to work. Also, don't use fluoride toothpaste before putting the strips on (same reason). All of the methods (strips, trays, custom trays, in office whitening) have the potential to make your teeth temporarily sensitive, but will not harm the enamel. If you get sensitive use the product every other day in conjunction with a sensitive tooth toothpaste. You might try to drink dark liquids through a straw and don't smoke. Most whitening toothpastes just remove stain on the surfaces of your teeth and therefore are not so effective. Whatever method you use it will not whiten your teeth for life, as you age your teeth will get darker and may need to be whitened again.

Yes, they work really well. I find they make my teeth ache after 3-4 days. I just skip a day and start again and everything is fine.

i heard they work ... but as with most teeth whiteners many ppl have told me that they cause sensitivity but others say it doesnt and its fine

They work, but not as well as getting your teeth bleached. If you drink a lot of caffeine then you may not notice any difference, at all.
Yes they work amazingly. You may get a little sensitivity in your teeth but they will make your teeth look really white. If you do get the sensitivity just skip a day or so. I never used tham twice a day as it said on the box but still got amazing results.The whiteness generally lasts about 6 months and then you have to re-do it. I think its worth it.
sort of. i recommend making an appointment with an oral hygienist and getting your teeth professionally whitened and cleaned annually. its safer and costs less then buying a year's supply of strips.
You know what works a lot better and is a heckuva lot cheaper? Brush your teeth night and morning from the age of old enough to hold a toothbrush.

the best thing to buy is Plus White.
you should get it! the dentist even asked how my teeth were so white and wanted to know where i got it! you must get plus white gel that goes on your teeth it works faster than crest white strips. beleive me!
I wouldnt waste my money on teeth whitening stuff.. just brushing is fine with me.. the whitening doesnt improve teeth quality - its strickly vanity... as such its not worth the money...
