I called my dentist about whitening strips and...?

she said to try depressed whitening strips first. They're over the counter... any body have any idea what that is?

Answers:
I have never heard of them, but I will recommend just rinsing twice a day with hydrogen peroxide. That works wonderfully, you get whiter teeth, and it's very cheap!
