Weird Braces Question?

Question:

Ive had my braces for about 3 weeks. The werd thing is that there is one tooth that started to turn green. Its not because of bad brushing but that tooth dosn't have a bracket on it? Why did it turn green? (its just tinted green lol)

Hmm.that's strange. I just got my braces off and I've was wearing it for 2 years. If it's in the back without a bracket then I don't know what to tell you. I would recommend seeing the orthodontist and if they can't do anything then go to the dentist.

The tooth could have moved and died. It probably had prior damage. Ask your orthodontist.

Wow that's different, I've had my braces for about 2 years now and I've never had that happen to me b-4. What it might be is some of the gum that they used to get your brackets on your teeth (it could of rubbed onto the naked toothe and it turned green)
That's all I can suggest it might be, but if it doesn't go away and the tooth starts to hurt go to you orthodonist and get it checked out)

green is not a normal color.

I've seen metal fillings look green through the enamel.

have a dentist take a look.

or it can be some old spinach!
