I just got spacers today what hurts more spacers or braces?

gaaah the spacers are the worst part. pure agony. they're even worse than that nasty goo they use to make the molds of your mouth, you know? they put it in a tray and you have to sit there with it coagulating for about 15 minutes. miserable stuff. it's worth it though, so pop a couple ibuprofen, drink something hot to relax your mouth, and...happy suffering. The worst of it's over within about a week.
SPACERS! Once the spacers do their job (spacing), the the braces are much easier to handle. It will get better.

spacers hurt more for me than anything. Take some ibuprophen and go to bed early tonight.
braces. pretty much just the first and second day of having them. i didn't feel much pain with spacers.

spacer my brother had then and when he would get them tighted... he would cry. and he was 14 adn he doesnt cry easy. so i guess they hurt pretty bad.
it depends, the spacers will most likely hurt more, take some ibuprofen and it will help. for the braces, take ibuprofen 30 minutes BEFORE you will get them put on and before each adjustment. it really works! our orthodontist told us to do this for my daughter! it works, trust me!

i have had my bracec for more than a year i think braces hurt more. when they put them on it doesn't hurt but the next day. OWW. my mouth was sore the couple days after i got them on. i ate apple sauce jello mashed potatoes and ice cream only cuz they hurt so much
I recently got my braces off and I can definately say that braces hurt worse. I couldn't eat anything but broth and baby food (literally) for almost two weeks. It might vary depending on the person but the spacers didn't hurt as nearly as bad as the braces themselves.
Personally, I think spacers hurt the most. Tomorrow morning your mouth will be sore I am sure, but take some Advil. The most pain I had was from the spacers not the braces. Good luck:).
it's all relative. take some advil, it should help. anything worth having will require blood, sweat, and tears. believe me, u want remember any of this when it's over. i don't, and it was worth everything i went through.

well i had never had both but i am pretty sure that braces hurt more because you have wirers all over your teeth and stuck im your gums.
spacers! your not used to having crap jammed inbetween your teeth!
