Reshaping a plastic teeth retainer?
my retainer kinda doesn't fit anymore, and my doctor said that gritting my teeth with them on could help to reshape them.
has this worked for any of you?

the same thing happened to me.. unfortunatly, you cannot reshape the retainer. If it is left out too long, it won't fit anymore and you'll have to get a new one. Biting down on it hurts like hell and won't reshape it at all.
Does the GAP between front teeth make some people more attractive?
once it does not fit your teeth anymore you will have to have another impression & a new retainer made....you cannot reshape it =)
