How much does a cavity cost, ?

Question:
i spotted 2 dots an they are under where my gums cover them, how much?

Answers:
Hi Red! First of all these may not be cavities and you could just have a stain. This is normal. Most cavities are above the gum line or on the biting surfaces of your molars. I would relax and not get upset. Often if you floss and brush ofter with a whitening toothpaste these stains will disappear. Next time you go for a cleaning, the hygienist can polish them away and you will be fine. Don't fret. The cost for a filling varies because of size and how many surfaces of the tooth are involved. I can promise you that you need not be concerned. If you have any other questions, please ask. Marie
Depends on if you have insurance or not, what the doctor charges for the office visit, how bad the cavities are, etc.

There is no way to be sure exactly. I would estimate somewhere between $150-$300 + without insurance.
