Wisdom tooth .. dry socket?


Question:
ok so i got my lower wisdom tooth pulled this monday..
and i am doing anytthing to prevent a dry socket

now i am going to travel today for vacationn...this might sound stupid but is it safe to go on an airplane after getting your tooth pulled???it won;t affect the blood clot or anything right??/
ok just making sure bcuz i am paranoid and the last thing i want is a dry socket

You'll be fine... no worries!
It's been 3 days, so all the 'pre-cautions' and 'warnings' they have given you, are over by tonight. Just watch what you eat still, continue with NOT eating sharp things like chips. Those types of things, can cut your tissue and reopen the clot. Keep up the 'warm salt water rinses'. this will help you heal faster!

Traveling, will NOT affect you, at all... YOUR in the clear! Have a great trip....
My guess would be that if you haven't gotten a dry socket by now, you won't.

On the plane your ears may 'pop' because of the change in altitude, but your mouth should be ok...
