Which is a better toothbrush sanitizer: Ultraviolet light (ie VIOlight) or steam (ie Germ Terminator)?

Can you brush your teeth too long?

Answers:
Neither will sanitize correctly unless they use chemicals not mentioned. Just buy some rubbing alcohol to dip it in. Then let it air dry. As the alcohol evaporates, it will kill bacteria.

I had 6 porcelain vaneers fited 2 months ago now and i have had to go back 4 times already .?

Sanitizers are coming on strong these days. There aren't many research articles that support toothbrush sanitizing.

FYI, most dentists don't promote sanitizing. Though it sounds like a good idea, it is not proven to have a benefits.

AND. it could possibly cause a growth of other unwanted bacteria.

Do you consider when somebody sleep and they have spit in there mouth is a gross thing and when morning comes?

what are those and why don't you just ask your dentist the next time you go

my gums bleed a lot especially while brushing.plez suggest.?

If you want the easiest way, put it in the silverware basket of
your dishwasher. But the bacteria on your toothbrush will
die at room temp. anyway. And if you're very germophobic,
just replace your toothbrush every week or 10 days. You're
just putting your own bacteria back in your own mouth, unless
you're sharing your toothbrush, so what's the big deal? And
always replace your toothbrush after you've had a cold or flu.
