Answers:
Yea I have the same problem.. I accidentally swollow mine when I get.. i've probably injested about 3 packs!! haha.. just take them out and put a new one in when your done!! nbd.
I also had braces and I was not allowed to wear the elastics when I ate. You should take them out when you eat then put them back when you're done. I dont know how anyone can eat with them. Good luck!
You have to take them out to eat. Put them right back in afterwards.
Generally you take them out to eat.....I suggest calling your othodontist again just to clarify the instructions. =)
i dont eat with them either. my orthodontist said i dont have to. just make sure you have them in when you're not eating.
Elastics are to be removed while you eat and put back on soon after.
Its perfectly fine to change them all the time but its recommended to change them at least once a day. and even though you should take them off while eating some people actually learn how to eat with them on while snacking.
