i've gotten five teeth pulled, it doesn't hurt at all because of the meds. you might feel it in there, but it shouldn't hurt
all they do is give you a shot in your gum (i suggest not looking when they pull it out) but dont worry the shot doesn't hurt it's just like a little pinch or something. then you're medicated and they just take them out
My two suggestions are to just close your eyes while they're doing the whole procedure and to not worry about it
good luck : )
They numb you up so you wont feel any PAIN, you will feel pressure, but nothing as bad as it seems. They will give you an RX for pain m eds too just in case you need them afterwards.
Good luck
it wont hurt that much. if they ask you probably want laughing gas! it makes all the difference!
Above poster is correct. Just wanted to add that they sometimes put you to sleep... you slowly drift off and when you wake up your mouth feels like a baloon and it's all numb. NO PAIN. When novacaine wears off you probably will need the pain pills they give you. But it doesn't last long.
You'll love how you look and how much better you can chew when you're braces are taken off.
Good luck!
I had four wisdom teeth pulled once. It was terrible, but I survived.
I have had 4 wisdom teeth pulled. They give you Novocaine in shot. They put the shot in your gums. They swab your gum first so that it won't hurt that much. It feels like a very small pinch. Then they take a device and pull it out. That hurts a little but nothing to cry about. The braces are the ones that kill when you first get them.
