try using gel kam. You have to ask for it at your pharmacy, but you don't need a presciption. You use it at night before you go to bed. My dentist recommends it to all of his patients because it also helps with sensitivity.
I always have cavities no matter how much I brush. Sometimes the doctor said its hereditary, but I'm not sure if that makes sense. I chew ice though and that makes small fractures in your teeth making you more susceptible to cavities. If you don't chew ice, than I don't know haha.
Make sure you brush and floss right after meals - rather than just morning and night.
Ask your dentist about getting plastic sealants for your teeth. These are applied to molar surfaces. My daughter has had them ever since she was little and she has never had a cavity.
I grew up in the 60s and 70s and had dozens of cavities growing up.
Take in alot of calcium--continue brushing and flossing regularly--see a dentist.
i have the same problem and my dentisst told me to use ACT mouthwash its really good!!! try it they sell it at ingles and other grocery stores! its great
From my personal experience, I don't think it's your fault, I always used to get cavities. I switched dentist and found out I have an enamel problem. I got cavities because I didn't have enough enamel.
It could be hereditary...or some people just have "soft" teeth, just keep doing what your doing girl, some people just arent blessed with Perfect Teeth and I am one of them!
I know, I went to have mine cleaned and they said wow what a great job I did cleaning my teeth, then they said I had to have 2 cavities filled.. What?
She said it was inevitable because the grooves in my molars are so deep that stuff gets down there and there is no way to get it out.
Just keep a good cleaning regimen!
