No it can not. The upper denture has to have a palate so that you have the suction you need to keep the teeth in. Sorry.
Yes it can.
We have done this a few times in our office.
It can be done with dental implants and a spark erosion overdenture.
This is very expensive but to answer your question, yes it can be done.
You would need to find a dentist such as Dr. Joe, we are in Fairview Heights IL. If no one in your area does this, find an oral surgeon, periodontist, and a prosthodontist, they can all work together to make this.
Dr. Joe has a degree in advance dentistry and a fellowship in dental implants, therefore; he is very comfortable, knowledgeable and experienced to do these types of procedures.
yes it can it has been done for years however it is not needed the question is why would you need it find the end of the palatine place the post dam at the palatine phobia and insure proper room for tongue and food at the same time and you don't choke also the pump works better, the key is the scribed border metal reinforcement and a great builder and the palateless denture works they are more common in Germany remember lab tech in Germany are doctors in the us ,get a business license and your one in the usa
Sorry.I don't know your better ask the expert.
