There are actually normal pits and grooves on the chewing surfaces of all of the back teeth. Perhaps they are normal, but you can ask your dentist or hygienist to check for you. If you don't want cavities make sure you are brushing at least 2x a day, flossing 1x a day and if you want to go the extra mile, use a fluoride mouth rinse (Act or Fluorigard) at bed time. Also, I would definately recommend getting sealants since they cover over the pits and grooves so the bacteria cannot get into them. They are quick, easy and you don't have to get numb to get them. And of course don't eat junk!
Hope that helps and keep up the good work!

Dont worry, I got one of these a couple months ago. All you need to do is go to the dentist and get the pit filled in, theyy put you under the gas and it only takes like 10 minutes, and you dont feel anything, its actually soothing to get high of laughing gas!!
Can i obtain away beside glue my teeth retainers hindmost together?
