good luck!
Cold, cold and more cold, but nothing that uses a straw, and it needs to be soft. No smoking. No carbonated beverages. Really, anything soft is on the menu, but the cold just helps so much with the pain, and it's an awesome excuse to try everything on the Dairy Queen menu. :)
Only foods that are soft for a few days then gradually increase diet to harder foods.
soft foods like ice cream, yogurt, jello, or any thing with an even consistency that pieces of food wont get stuck in the open hole wher your tooth used to be
Anything soft. Yogurt, soup, jello, mashed potatoes, ice cream, oatmeal, cream of wheat. Just stuff you don't have to chew too much. I had all four of mine out at the same time. I slept for like 8 hours after wards and when I woke up it wasn't too bad.
Hi there. Make sure you take a pain reliever!! Have light things. The best are yogurts, apple sauce, bananas, french fries, soup. Try to stay away from solids until you feel better. Hope that helps!! Good Luck!!
After I had my all my wisdom teeth pulled out, i wanted to eat Great American Cookie Co. Cookies. And I ate the cookies!! The dentist should tell you what kind of foods you should eat...I don't remember though cuz I was really "Semi-Sedated" at the time
Anything soft. You don't wanna be chewing for too long, it makes it more likely you'll jam food down inside and be in PAIN.
smoothies are popular, but eat it with a spoon.

If you suck on anything, as mentioned before cigarettes, drinking through a straw, lollipops, hard candy, the suction in your mouth can cause the blood clot inside the wound to come out and you can then get dry socket, which is VERY painful, and you will have to go back into the dentist/oral surgeon to get it treated.
Do not swish the water that you rinse your mouth with too hard or that could pull out the clot too. Kind of just shake your head back and forth with your cheeks loose and your mouth closed. And you're not gonna want to do Listerine for at least a week.
Rinsing with salt water helps keep it clean and heal faster.

OK i totally got off subject, this is all stuff I went through the hard way. My dentist told me nothing except, "eat cold stuff, take your pain killers."
Best of luck!!
anything soft and cold for the first 24hrs no chocolate or anything with red dye during that time. I had surgery to remove mine...as well all my upper teeth. I had something that i wasn't supposed to have with in a few hours after my surgery when i got up next morning my face was swollen big time.
you should eat cold foods like ice cream, these will numb the pain, for proper meals, eat things like porridge as it provides some energy, less chewing too.
