Try some peroxide mixed with a little baking soda. You can keep a little bit mixed up in a small container.
It will evaporate over time if you mix too much though.

u can use the crest witinning gel works tho... jus for 6 months but you could use sodium as well jus a lil bit after brushin with fluroide toothpaste
take sum toth paste and a brush and brush your teeth for a hour and do that every day then your gums wont bleed if you eat any thing oh yea deink a lot of milk
