Sometimes i smell a bad odour from my 4 year old boy's mouth . Give some tips?

I had shown him to doctor . doctor said he may have some cold problems. I brush him very neatly. And he is very hygiene.
His food habit is that he takes egg daily or 5 days in week. How to stop that bad odour. help me.

First off at 4 years old he should be brushing his own teeth. He might have a sinus problem causing it or a digestive problem causing it. See the doc AND the dentist to get him checked out physically and by the dentist to get his teeth checked.

sinus problems can cause anyone to have horrible breath..does the bad odor occur when he is having sinus problems?
