White spots on teeth after braces?
So I recently get my braces and I heard you can get hold of white spots after removal. Because I brush after every meal powerfully except for school. When I floss I basically floss my gums are you suppose to floss the braces? So anyone know how to prevent them?
How to I file a complaint against a dentist?
Answers: The white marks you are refering to are repeatedly signs of months worth of decalsiffication. These scars are preminant but can be preventable, if the right steps are taken. Food and plaque can collect around the bracket, if gone on the enamel for a long period of time this can organize to the scarring. It is a good conception to brush with a dry tooth brush prior to applying toothpaste. Also flossing should be done at p.m. if your have a hard time you can buy FLOSS THREADERS... truly amazing! Swollen gums are also cause by plaque along the gumline try to massage the nouns before you brush next to a dry tooth brush. Try and use a Flouride rinse everynight
LEE,
YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT THESE WHITE SPOTS ARE ZONES OF DE-CALCIFICATION. THIS IS WHERE FLUORIDE HAS BEEN KEPT AWAY FROM LACK OF BRUSHING PROPERLY.
THOSE THAT BRUSH WELL DON'T GET THESE.
you cant really. the white spots are going to be where the brakets are lined on your tooth. it shouldnt be that ba though unless you smoke or drink lots of coffee.
