Soap in the mouth...poisonous?
I have taken to washing my son's mouth out with soap when he uses back talk or ugly words. Of course he always gets warned but sometimes he takes it that step further. I know people have their opinions of the practice but I just want to know if its dangerous to his health. I used that Kadoos foaming soap on his toothbrush, brushed his teeth and then had him rinse his mouth...no swallowing. Does anyone know if this could be poisonous?

Foam Soap?
Yes, very. That is the one which I usually see cases of illness in young children. Please NEVER use foam soap on young children. Use soaps like Dove. More safe on the little ones.
Wisdom tooth pulled, piece still there?
That's not discipline, that's cruelty, and YES it can be harmful. Why don't you pick out a less abusive form of punishment for using bad language, Hitler.
I don't like to be mean, but if this is your idea of good parenting...then maybe you need the soap in your mouth!!
If the product wasn't meant to be consumed...then DO NOT place it in your child's mouth. You are an idiot. Rot in

Is hot-melt glue/silicone toxic if used inside your mouth?
yes, it can be very dangerous. I used to work in a nursing home and we had an Alzheimer's patient take a bite out of a bar of soap. Her lips and mouth swelled up horrifically! We had to watch her very closely to make sure it didn't affect her breathing. It was scary. I'd try some other way to discipline, or if you insist on using soap, I would just have them touch their tongue to the dispenser without squirting it out. That way they still get the nasty taste, without "too" much being inserted into their mouth.
Can ear wax automatically come out when it become too much amount or what is the best way to clean?
When people mean that their gonna wash their kid's mouth out with soap it's just an EXPRESSION! Your not suppose to do it literally.Don't do that anymore it could be harmful.
