What are signs of a cavity?

Question:

Answers:
okay amsay if you really think it's a cavity ask your dad if he can take you to the dentist. I have like 4 cavities and I had no idea they were there until my dentist said i had one. When people say sensitivity to hot, cold and sweet, well that's only half true because none of my cavities were like that. I do have teeth like that but they aren't cavities. What my dentist did is that he put a sealing on all of my molars which is like a force field to cavities.
Sensitivity in one particular area to hot, cold or sweet. Or sometimes it's a combo of those.
There are no signs of a cavity, Sometimes you might have pain when eating sweets or drinking cold drinks but often there is no sign. That is why it is so important to be sure you keep your every 6 month dental checkup appointments. It is much easier to treat something like a cavity if they catch it early.
a big hole and it being cold
Not all cavities show any symptoms that you feel. The dentist can tell if there's one by probing during your check-up. If you have symptoms, sensitivity to temperature and sweet are among them.
