What kind of toothpaste do you use?
Question:
Answers:
Arm and Hammer, Baking soda and peroxide toothpaste. Start with using a small amount on your tooth brush. It should keep your teeth white, and gleaming, and your mouth fresh and your breath fresh as well. Best of luck , and your Dentist will complement you on your clean mouth and fresh breath.

I use Rembrant for the whitening effect. It does cost more than other toothpastes and doesn't bubble up as much, but it works well for whitening. (You get what you pay for.)
Actually the toothpaste you use really doesn't matter all-that-much. A clean mouth depends much more on the effectiveness of your brushing.
If you're having this problem I suggest getting a good electric toothbrush. I have a sonicare and love it.
Flossing also helps a great deal. You may also have plaque build up which, if that is the case, will prevent you from getting behind that build up and will cause germs to breed in your gums. If that's the case you'll have to see a dentist for a good cleaning.
But not all dentist actually do a good job, despite our assumption that they removed all of the plaque. So knowing a thing or two about dental care helps a great deal. Don't just leave it all up to your dentist because like everyone else they see you as just another customer and want your money.
But start out with the toothbrush and don't worry too much about the toothpaste.
Good luck.
I have used several kinds as well. I work in a dental office and people are always coming in to have us try stuff, and the one I found I like is Crest, Pro Health. Also, you might want to get a power toothbrush they are awesome! The Oral B 8850, or the Triumph are my suggestions.
I actually use different ones but I always like the ones w/ baking soda in them. I feel they get my teeth their best and it makes me feel like they had just been cleaned at the dentist.
