Well basically, i clean my tongue every morning, brush my teeth twice a day, floss, etc, i even take parsley, and peppermint tea to try fix the problem. During the day after all that process, i look at my tongue to check if its clean, i look at the front it looks nice a pink, and then the back, its like every time i eat food, it get stuck on the back of my tongue, and because i can't clean it during the day, it would cause my breath to smell, and i have to eat something or drink something, so the food would scrape it off, but just makes it worst. I need help

Oh yea, i had this problem for about a yr, I've searched internet about this; been to dentist, doctors all have said it was fine its nothing, i think it mite be a yeast infection, but nothing has said it cause bad breath.

White Tongue?

Answers:
I had the same problem...continue with your proper hygiene. Make sure you have a tongue scrapper, and use it every morning and every evening.

The white stuff is bacteria. Kinda like a yeast infection. Yogurt is a great natural way to treat and prevent yeast infections. I have realized that a cup of yogurt, several days a week, will treat, and prevent that white coating on my tongue...
Give it a try. At least 4 mornings a week, eat a cup of yogurt with your breakfast...I really think you'll find that white stuff will disappear.

Good luck to you.

How can i whiten my teeth?

Its probably plaque.

wisdom tooth?

its nothing to worry about, just keep doing what you are doing, but if you are worried about your breath during the day, have some gum in your pocket, or bag. then you can chew some when you feel the need.
