Anybody knows which tooth whitening system actually works?

Overall I would say that most of my patient's have had some measure of success with the Crest Whitestrips, some more than others. Our office uses Crest Supreme which are much stronger than what you can buy in a drugstore and don't cost that much more ($60.00 vs $30.00). You can purchase the drugstore version, but do yourself the favor of using them right after you get your teeth cleaned as any staining and buildup (tartar or plaque) will impede their ability to work. Also, don't use fluoride toothpaste before putting the strips on (same reason). The strips are probably your best low price alternative, much less than in office whitening or custom trays (about $500.00). Most whitening toothpastes just remove stain on the surfaces of your teeth and therefore are not so effective. Whatever method you use it will not whiten your teeth for life, as you age your teeth will get darker and may need to be whitened again. You should see results within the first week if not sooner.
Good luck!

yes it is called bright smile and they have it in some dentist offices it takes about 1 day two sessions and you do it there and they are so much whiter works wonders
Crest Premium White Strips did the trick for me. It takes about two weeks, but it's a heck of a lot less expensive than going to the dentist for professional bleaching.
zoom, its about $500, the dentist does it for you, it works well.
or
crest strips, about $25, you can do it yourself, does a decent job.
The only ones that are will give you a dramatic difference are in the dentist office, but if you are just looking for a minor difference the crest strips is my vote.
If you get the Crest strips or one of those store-bought strip solutions (they all use Hydrogen Peroxide), do yourself a favor and spring for the "premium" or "professional" strength version, even if it is more money. It may not get your teeth any whiter, but they do the same job with half as many strips or in half as much time. It is pretty much a PITA to put those things on and keep them in your mouth, so the fewer you have to do, the better.
The strips will also only whiten the fronts of your teeth, so look into one with a tray you bite on if you want a more inclusive system. The Rembrandt Professional kit uses Carbamide Peroxide, and works better than Hydrogen Peroxide, but you have to wear the tray for an hour. The plus side is that you are done in 2 days!
As has been said, the best solutions are only available from your dentist, like ZOOM, but it is expensive.
One last warning: your teeth may be sensitive for a day or 2 afterwards, this will go away fairly quickly.
There are a lot of tooth whitening systems available in the market. But based on the latest brand of teeth whiteners, I find the VERY EFFECTIVE WHITENING KIT from http://www.maximumteethwhitening.com/. I would consider it the best and one of a kind. Try and you'll see the amazing difference.
I don't use bleach! Get a waterpic. It blasts bacteria out and my teeth whitened at least 50%!!
