What can happen if you put off gettin your cavities filled?

Question:
Im kinda scared to get them filled. I have 4!!

Answers:
The cavity will continue to get bigger and bigger until it eats the whole tooth away (or at least most of it), then you will need a root canal and of course, when you get a root canal your tooth becomes weak and you need a crown to make sure you can keep that tooth in place for as many years as possible. Root canal: $1200 (putting off any root canals=severe pain), crown $2000, PER TOOTH. Maximum amount of dental insurance they give you per year $1500.(typically). Please go get those cavities filled!

p.s. fillings will not hurt with proper freezing
your teeth will continue to rot until l it turns to mush,my brother put it off
DONT.
just go get them filled,it doesn't even hurt
basically the cavity eats away your whole tooth.
They become even worse. Getting them filled hurts, but it will hurt more if you put them off.
root canal.
OUCH!
they get worse and you can lose your teeth ... having them filled is minor compared to a root canal and 4 crowns ... very expensive ... (somewhere in the $4000) range while compared to the fillings they don't cost much ... get them filled .. keep your teeth!
cavities eat your teeth from the inside out, so most people don't even know they have them until they get an ex-ray. i suggest you take care of it because if you have a cavity you can see you probably have some you cant..you will have bad breath and gum disease..and you will be missing teeth and ugly.
