How do I pull my friends' tooth out myself?
She doesn't have dental insurance and cant afford to pay for the procedure. Its one of those big fat teeth at the very end of the jaw. Luckily, I am the only one with enough balls to do it for her. Any advice before I get down to business?

Don't do it. You could injure her. Back teeth have usually four roots and you could break her jawbone. I had to have a wisdom out last year and even with the numbing shot it hurt soooo bad so don't do it. She possibly can get a temporary medical card to have that done. I know it is possible at least in my city because one of my friends got one for the removal of just 2 wisdom teeth.

Look I don't know if you have any dental knowledge but teeth are lodged deep into the jaw bone. They have what is called a root which is roughly 2cms long. Dentists use a special tools to first dislodge the tooth and then extract it completely. Sometimes things go badly even for them especially if the tooth falls apart. And all this is done with local anesthetic and with sterilized instruments. You're asking for big trouble if you meddle especially with the 'wisdom' teeth because that's what that fat tooth is called. They are notorious for being difficult. you don't have balls - you;re crazy and so is your friend. the pain will be unbearable - plus she'll get the infection of her life and will end up worse off!!

DON'T!! You can seriously injure her and cause big problems for your friend. Permanant teeth do not come out easy like baby teeth. Baby teeth's root resorb which make them loose until the fall out. Permanant teeth with full roots are not going to come out like that. You will likely break the tooth, leaving root tips in there, which WILL cause an infection, leading her to go and get the roots surgically extracted. Now...do you think it is cheaper to have a professional extract the tooth right, or go have one fix the complications you caused?
