I assume you are looking to find a dentist office that will loan you the money for treatment? It's unlikely that a dental office will give credit to someone they don't know. (Would you loan hundreds or thousands of $$$ to a stranger?)
However, many use financing companies such as Care Credit or Dental Fee Plan. You apply for credit and the company pays your dentist directly. You pay back the loan over time.
Because dentists are not banks, they are not really set up to loan money. It's risky and not a sound financial policy. The days of paying $10 a month to a dental office are long gone.

If the cost of treatrement is a major concern, then i would suggest you explore the option of travelling to another country for your dentalwork.
Whilst it isnt financially feasable for everyone, the fact you can save over 90% on prices in the US and UK makes it very attractive to many.
Of course you need to do your due dilligence and make sure the dentist you decide on has both the expertise and most importantly recommendations you can check.
I have done this myself a few months ago. After extensive research i went to a delightful and highly receommended lady dentist in Mexico, and saved myself over $33,000 on what i'd been quoted here.
As i say , this isnt for everyone, but if you are thinking of spending or borrowing a considerable sum of money, it is an option you should perhaps at least consider..:-)
