I get really closterphobic and i am getting braces?

Braces can be uncomfortable, but they shouldn't affect your claustrophobia. Ripping them off would not be easy and would most definitely hurt. I don't think you would have that problem. My daughter has braces & is a bit claustrophobic. They don't bother her in that way.
Best of Luck!
That has nothing to do with braces
ouch painful..The most you will feel after they are in is pressure is all I have never heard of someone ripping them out cause of claustrophobia. You should be just fine after they are done and if you rip them off well that is allot of time and money there.
being clausterphobic has nothing to do with braces...
Are the clear removable (Invisalign) braces an option? These may be more comfortable and feel less confining to you. If your doctor says they are not an option, maybe a couple of sessions with a counselor prior to and just after you get your braces would help you feel better, or even a visit to a hypnotist. Just because others tell you it's not "claustrophobia", doesn't mean it's not a real issue for you. If it feels like like claustrophobia to you, then it's valid. You're the one who matters and it's your opinion that counts most. Ask for help.
No, braces do not accentuate claustrophobia.
I am claustrophobic myself and have had braces. It was tough the first few days, nothing extreme. But then you get used to them and they are like part of your mouth. http://www.studiodentaire.com/en/treatme...
no way u really dont even remember about them
if you are very claustrophobic then you might be afraid of people sticking their hands in your mouth. but i dont think that you have much to worry about with the braces being on. its not like you can see them when you aren't looking in the mirror and after a while they become natural.
good luck
