Debanding Consultation?

Question:
okay I have an Orthodontist appointment coming up (I have braces) and it's called the "debanding consultation". anyone know what they do on the debanding consultation? PLEASE HELP and be nice! :-)

Answers:
Debanding is the removal of cemented orthodontic bands, so this is an appointment to discuss removing your bands. They will probably discuss what you should expect to have done after the bands are off (xrays, models) and how to wear your retainers.

Hope that helps!
