How could this happened, did the tooth grow that instrument or because i had hit it somewhere within the past or something, can this little peace of my left-teeth which fell of stil grow support or something or do i need to tolerate it filled up by a doctor, effect i think its gruesome, i'm actually a TRUE neat freak, if i see something unperfect on my body i start hypochondring give or take a few it. btw any answers for the tooth question cuz theres close to a real smal hole at the train of the left tooth and its frustrating me.
