Do i need a retainer?
So i had braces about 4 years ago. i wore my retainer for 6 months... and then i lost it thinking that i didn't need to replace it. lately (this month) i feel my two front teeth shifting, but not significantly. how much will it cost to replace my retainer? will i have to have braces again?
Do you have porcelain veneers? And if you do, do you like them?

If the teeth have started to move then you should get the retainer made as soon as possible. If you have your post-treatment models you can go to your general dentist and have them make it for you. You should wear your retainers at least until your wisdom teeth have been taken out.

Has anyone had splint therapy to adjust their bite?
Yeah probably...going up to a week or two without your retainer.can deffinatley make u go back to get braces on a second time. Happened to my friend.. so my advice is to go see an ortho imediatley and get it checked out...? You may be lucky enough to have just a retainer or maybe you waited to long and you need braces again...maybe this time only 6 months?? check it out.
