I had moderately yellow teeth and I used Crest Whitestripes. It dramatically whitened my teeth. Every once in awhile I whiten again just to keep the results. Also, drinking lots of tea and soda can make your teeth yellow, sometimes just cutting down on those drinks can make your teeth whiter. Good luck!
Crest White Strips work really well. I have used them and I was pleased with the results.
If you want good results go to your dentist. Most likely they will recomend Day White which is a take home bleaching kit. You apply it once a day for half an hour in your custom bleaching tray.This works really well. There are other methods like Zoom which gives you instant results, but its more costly and not recomended as much because it makes your gums very sensitive.
i don't know what whiteing strips are but. i get a whitening plate. they are really good u just sleep with them in ur mouth for about a week at first. then u only then have to do it 1-2 times a year, easy.

First of all, as long as your teeth aren't yellow because of plaque and tartar, then they are yellow because they are strong. The whiter the teeth, the weaker they are. invest in the zoom whitening system, its works well apparently. Cheers!
