Help with my teeth?

Some of the tips of my teeth have ridges on them. How can i get these ridges off?

Here is more information. When your front two teeth come in they have whats called mamelons, They are small rounded bumps. This is normal, it is how your teeth grow. Over time they will even out from normal wear and tear.
go to the dentist and have them shave them down

its simple and doesn't hurt or anything
