why don't you contact the dentist who removed your wisdom teeth? i'm sure you are not the first person to have this happen and they would have an answer for you much more quickly then this site, esp if you do not want an infection to start. please call your dentist! : )
You need to get it out asap! You might have to go back to the dentist but it could cause an infection otherwise.
Good Luck~
yeah you chould be. it could get infected. just go back & get them to remove it. good luck!
take a bottle...that u can squeeze water out of.with a lil pressure behind it..and spray it in there
OMG OMG OMG...get it out ASAP or you will get a "dry socket"...I had my wisdom teeth out last year and got food stuck and got a "dry socket" and it HURT like all get out.
it's this dull pounding pain that no pain killers would get rid of and finally they had to give me a narcotic...which didn't get rid of the pain...just made me not give a rat's donkey about it LOL.
I'm crossin' my fingers for ya...'cause that dry socket stuff sucks hard core. If you can't get it out on your own, go to your oral surgeon, he/she should provide post operative care and will clean it out for you to avoid the dry socket.
Go back to the dentist. If that food does not come out, it will cause an infection.
Peroxide bubbles out food when it gets stuck in my teeth.
Mix a small amount of peroxide with the same amount of water, and swish. If it doesn't help, talk to the dentist
There is not much other than irrigating the hole itself. Did you get treasted by an oral & maxillofacial surgeon? Go to http://www.oceansurgical.com.au/... to find out about oral surgery and wisdom teeth
