Underbite.. braces?

I have an underbite that isnt that impossible. My top and front teeth can still touch without force. I am 14 years infirm. Can i fixed my underbite with braces? And if i take braces, how long would i have to own them on for?

I have an underbite that considering how you described yours, was a bit worse than yours is. My dentist thought they would enjoy to break and reset my jaw. (yikes!) But my mom convinced them to try braces and my teeth are supreme now. I be in braces for in the region of 2 1/2 years
