There are dentists all over who will use anesthesia if you need it. Check first before you make your appointments.
Some will also give you medication to relax you before you come in to the office.

If you need that much work you'll probably be under concious sedation, meaning you'll maintain your own airway (not needing a vent) but definitely not be aware of what's going on. I have to get some impacted wisdom teeth out, and that's what I'll have to be put under.
Don't let anyone around you that you don't trust with your life, you WILL say some amazingly off the wall things while coming out from under the sedation. I had one friend swear her dog was in the room, and my cousin invited everyone in the room to feel her breasts.
For the wisdom teeth you will likely be put under some anesthetic. The other work, probably not. I'm with you in your fear of dentists! If you let your dentist know ahead of time they will do whatever they can to help you relax and make you as comfortable as possible.
for wisdom teeth,you are usually put out.ask to have gas for your other work.it will relax you so much,i promise.if you think it isn't doing anything much,ask them to turn it up.it's your mouth and your comfort and your bill so speak up!.always check to make sure your dentist has the gas(nitrious oxyide)some of them don't. i was always afraid to go too,but with gas i don't mind at ALL. i even have it for cleaning's!!they all know without asking me if i want it!
