Answers:
The major reason for bone loss is gum disease. The good news is that in most people gum disease is preventable. Attention to everyday oral hygiene (brushing and flossing), coupled with professional cleanings twice a year, could be all that's needed to prevent gum disease--and actually reverse the early stage--and help you keep your teeth for a lifetime.

In addition of using Listerine and regular appointment with your dentist, it’s also important to have a home care that includes healthy eating and CORRECT brushing and flossing.
use Listerine. make sure you go for your six month cleanings regularly
regulary use mouthwash , and take calcium tablets these both help.
