Question:

Answers:
There isn't really a way to know for sure without an x-ray. Of course pain would be a symptom and maybe even swelling, but not necessarily.
Your jaw falls off and your tongue is draped out of your esophagus like a necktie.
It hurts when you chew.
lock jaw? IDK do you think you have an infection in your jaw?

Go to the dentist or a dr.
probably will have heat in the area and will hurt like a mofo
well, i wouldn't know if it was jaw vs. tooth, but the area would be hotter to the touch than other parts of your skin, possibly redder, usually swollen. Painful. maybe all the time, maybe only painful when you touch it.
It hurts like hell and quite evolves serious tumidity.
You may get a lot of answers, but the truth is that it is almost impossible to self-diagnose a jaw infection. See a doctor. Your jaw is very close to a lot of important things that can become involved in an untreated infection. It can be pretty dangerous. See a doctor. ok?
you die and kick ur ur toty one
Not to scare you but two months ago I had one. I had a lump in my jaw and a tooth that was bothering me. I went to the dentist and he said I had to take antibiotics before he worked on the tooth. I started them and the next night my whole face was swollen, my neck was swollen and I got a huge lump on my chest. The infection had spread so fast that I wound up in the hospital and had to have emergency surgery. Get to the doctor right away if you suspect an infection. Better safe than sorry.
