cio
Its best to gargle after brushing cause the antiseptic in mouthwash kills more germs prevents plaque build up.
Sometimes, but not always.
No I don't gargle but I swish hydrogen peroxide around in my mouth. I've developed diabetes now but I've always had gum problems that I now know are a warning sign of diabetic tendencies. My dentist approved the idea and I should have been killing those germs years ago. I don't care what you use but kill those germs. What good are great teeth if your gums are bad?
yes i notice that too. and also flossing too. how many people floss every night? flossing take time. that what i told my son. he gong to brush after every meal and floss at night.
