no home remedy will help, honestly...try crest whitening strips.i work for a dentist trying to save money, dont want to spend alot of money on bleeching my teeth, it really works for me! otherwise i'd go to see the hygenist to get bleeching trays which cost alot more money
take one part hydrogen peroxide and 2 parts water and swoosh for 30 seconds and keep doing that twice day until you get the results you want
Try buying a toothpaste that has baking soda in it.
