Ever get these solid, smelly, pus colored things stuck in the back of your mouth/throat?

Question:
Think they're causing bad breathe.

How to remove them?

Answers:
Sounds like "chronic cryptic tonsillitis". Food particles, dead cells, and other debris can get trapped in small pits (called crypts) on the tonsil surface. These materials collect and typically come out as white, stone-like particles that are rather foul smelling. I think the treatment options are a rigid oral hygiene regimen that may or may not work or tonsillectomy. I think the only downside of the condition is bad breath, but that is a problem. I would contact an oral hygiene expert for more info.

I know what you are talking about. My daughter had the same thing. It got so bad they finally took her tonsils out. Try gargling with peroxide and water. It may help for awhile, but it will come back.
