I made myself whitening trays at the dental office that I worked for and I use the Opalescence tooth whitening and it works very well. You should have your dentist make you some whitening trays. You should use some toothpaste for sensitive teeth for about 2 weeks before you bleach your teeth and continue to use it while you are bleaching because the solution will make your teeth sensitive to cold but it will go away. The over the counter products are not as effective has what you can get from your dental office.
