Invisable Braces?

Question:
I have to get braces do you think the invisable braces are less noticable? What should i get? Normal meatal braces or invisabel?

Answers:
I've seen the clearer ones get kind of yellowish with time. Others not so much, might depend what you eat. Braces really don't look too bad so normal ones might not be a bad choice.
depends on your insurance coverage
i would get invisaline braces
Yes, the invisble braces are less noticable but it depends on why u need them. If u just wanna straighten ur teeth, then get them. But, if u have an overbite then get metal cuz otherwise it wont get fixed.
sweety listen to yourself "are the INVISIBLE braces less noticeable" hmmm. i think so.
i say invisible because u can take them out whenever say u were making out with a guy or to chew gum or just if u dont feel like having them in any more

:)
invisaline workds great if you want invisible, talk to your dentist about it
it depends. in my case, i asked my ortho about it and he said i cant cuz my teeth are like oh my good. you should ask your ortho first. it is like invisible, its like a platic. i wish i could wear one :(
the invisaline braces you cannont see at all, my friend had them and i didnt even noticed she had them on.
ivisalign is only for smaller fixes.
if you have totally messed up teeth, your only choice may be the metal ones.
OKay, well my friends just got invisiline, or wat ever... YOu can't see them at all! It's really kewl! But... metals cure more problems, and in the end your teeth will look much better... I hope you decide the best! Hey, but ask a proffesional which one would be better for you. Oh and invisiline is a little cheaper, but metals you get what you paid for more. PEACE, LOVE, HOPE
The "invisable" kind of braces is just clear and costs A LOT more (as if they don't cost enough already!). You can hardly see invisable braces, but it looks SUPER weird when you get food stuck in them! Also, they don't work as good and you may have to wear them longer than the metal kind-I would say just get normal ones
Some people cannot be helped by the invisable braces, however if they will help your situation I recommend them! No one notices them at all! They take some time to get used to and are a little painful in the beginning, but no one can even see them!
metal!
Do not get invisible braces, everybody that i know that had them their teeth looked yellow and gross while wearing them, because they get dirty quickly, i'd recommend the metal ones.
The only one that can answer your question will be the dentist that determines what your best treatment outcome will be.

There are some situations where a patient is not a good candidate for "invisalign". Dr. Joe is an invisalign provider; however, we still refer some patients to an orthodontist.

As far as insurance goes, if you have ortho coverage, the insurance company does not ask which type of treatment you will receive. If they will pay- they will pay their percentage regardless if it is traditional braces or "invisalign".

The "invisalign" braces are clear trays, if a patient brushes them daily the trays should not turn yellow. If a patient wears them daily as directed and takes them out to eat and wears them for the two weeks only, they should not stain. They may stain if a patient smokes, so my recommendation would be to remove the trays while smoking and then put them back in.

Good Luck!
